Happy Islander Day 2024! This whole project is based on the people and characters that call PEI home.
Whether your family has been here for 20,000 years, or 200 years, or 20 years, or had a vacation here once in 1988 when your parents dragged you here on vacation because it would be educational and it rained the whole time and you didn’t even get to go to Rainbow Valley because you had to visit great-great aunt Eunice instead, this Island is home.
From day one, this was only going to last for a limited time. I’m a big fan of quitting while I’m ahead and not overstaying my welcome. I have a few guidelines that I’ve set for myself — most importantly, that if I end up posting memes or making this a personal blog, it’s already over.
But that’s enough about me for now.
