CORNWALL — Reports state that Nick Lecky Junior, the cool uncle of the Lecky family, arrived at the family home in Cornwall with a 50 pack of TimBits to share.
“I had to bring something,” said Lecky. “I’m not a great cook or anything, and Helen [Lecky, his sister in law] said it was fine and they had everything under control. But everyone likes TimBits right?”
When reached for comment, Helen stated “I mean, it’s nice that he came. He didn’t have to bring anything though.”
“I guess it’ll give the kids [Duane, 4, Fran, 6, and Harry, 9] something to tide them over until the turkey is ready,” added Helen.
Nick’s brother Dan echoed Helen’s statement. “It’s always good to see my big brother when he’s doing so well. He really didn’t need to bring anything though,” added Dan, a professional chef.
“I’ve definitely learned my lesson from last Easter though,” said Nick, referencing a family fracas that resulted in numerous arguments via text message.
“Never going to bring a 20-pack again. Always go for the 50 pack.”
