GEORGETOWN — A tractor — or perhaps some other farm equipment — was seen just givin’ ‘er down the highway this morning.
We’re talking like 30, maybe even 40. Just bootin’ ‘er!
A local eyewitness, Clem McDonald, agrees. “Oh, he was just flyin’ down the highway,” said Clem. “Flyin! Didn’t get a good look at the fella though. Must be some sort of farm emergency or something.”
Although not common, tractors can go pretty gosh darn fast if they have to. Like, probably 50 if they’re with the wind.
At press time, the tractor was seen wastin’ no time to get goin’ to wherever it’s goin’.
